Teodor Levitin was born in Leningrad in 1948. After leaving secondary school, he entered staging faculty of Leningrad State Institute of Music, Theatre & Cinematography (studio of national artist Nikolay Akimov) in 1966. In 1969 was called up for military service. Entered the Mukhina High School of Industrial Art, where began studying hardly in his craft. Got the certificate of designer in 1976. After that Teodor Levitin started working as a designer, then in porcelain and mostly in watercolor techniques. He took part in many international and Russian exhibitions. Among them:
– Exhibition Hall of the Soviet Union of Artists (1978) – “Art of Placard”.

Personal exhibition (with Teodor Levitin) in the Jerusalem Cultural Centre of the Ministry of Absorption of Israel (2004);
